1-2-3 Magic Eggs

If it weren’t for this simple way to cook eggs, I fear my kidlets wouldn’t get to eat eggs very often. Eggs are not my favorite food group! But this is so easy, that my kidlets can make them on their own…even the 2 year old if an older sibling will crack the egg for him.
