Keeping it Real

I started “Keeping it Real” on Facebook early in my healing process as a way to balance a lot of what I was falsely seeing as “perfect” lives by everyone else.  It’s turned into one of my favorite FB post thingies.  Nothing crazy…but enough to reach out by showing that what we see in social media isn’t always accurate.  Life isn’t perfect nor always fun and happy, nor sunshine and roses.  It’s messy and complicated…and often more crazy then sane.

And that’s okay.
